Overview
The Georgian Museum of Fine Arts, located on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, opened its doors in 2018 as a state-of-the-art institution dedicated to Georgian visual culture. Founded on the private collection of Gia Jokhtaberidze and Manana Shevardnadze, the museum showcases works accumulated over more than two decades, offering a comprehensive narrative of Georgian art from the late 19th century to the present.
