Novikov Café
Concept
Novikov Café Baku blends contemporary dining with the brand’s signature mix of Pan‑Asian, Japanese, Mediterranean, and author’s cuisine. The idea is to give guests a wide spectrum of choices: from a seafood market and a sushi bar to dim sum, robata grill, wok dishes, handmade pasta, and health‑conscious bowls. The format is relaxed and accessible while keeping a strong focus on product quality, plating aesthetics, and speed of service.
Location
The restaurant sits in Baku’s modern business and leisure district, within easy reach of the seaside boulevard and major shopping galleries. It works equally well for a lunch meeting, a post‑walk dinner, or a late evening at the bar.
