Day 1: Arrival in Baku – Introduction to Ancient Culture


  • Meet & greet at Baku International Airport with a Russian-speaking guide. Transfer to the hotel and check-in.

  • First excursion to the Ateshgah Fire Temple, located in the Surakhani settlement. Built in the 17th–18th centuries on natural gas outlets, this unique open-air museum once attracted Zoroastrians and Hindus to its eternal flame. Today, it offers an insightful glimpse into Azerbaijan’s religious and cultural roots.

  • Visit Highland Park for breathtaking panoramic views over the Caspian Sea, the evening city lights, and the Baku Bay. This is one of the most scenic spots in the capital — ideal for sunset photos.

  • Return to the hotel and enjoy free time.

  • Overnight in Baku.

Day 2: Old City Baku & First Wine Tasting


  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • At 10:00, meet your professional guide in the hotel lobby.

  • Explore Icheri Sheher, Baku’s Old City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through ancient stone alleys and admire landmarks such as the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, medieval mosques, and caravanserais.

  • From 13:00 to 14:00 — lunch in an atmospheric restaurant inside the Old City, offering local Azerbaijani cuisine.

  • Afternoon visit to Absheron Sharab Wine Gallery, a boutique winery offering a professional tasting of 6 wines and 2 brandies, accompanied by cheese, dried fruits, and snacks.

  • Return to the hotel and enjoy free time in evening Baku.

  • Overnight in Baku.

Day 3: Shamakhi & Meysari Winery


  • Breakfast at the hotel and checkout at 09:00.

  • Drive to Shamakhi, one of Azerbaijan’s oldest cities and former capital of the Shirvanshahs. Nestled in the Caucasus foothills, Shamakhi is known for its poetry, winemaking heritage, and the ancient Juma Mosque.

  • Lunch at a cozy restaurant with a view of the mountains, serving local cuisine.

  • Visit Meysari Winery, an organic-certified vineyard. Walk through the vines, tour the wine cellar, and enjoy a tasting of 3 locally produced wines with light appetizers.

  • After the visit, drive to the charming city of Sheki.

  • Check in to a 4* hotel.

  • Dinner at your leisure.

  • Overnight in Sheki.

Day 4: Sheki – Sweet Traditions, Silk Road & Savalan Winery


  • Breakfast and checkout.

  • Guided tour of Sheki, one of Azerbaijan’s most colorful towns and a UNESCO-listed site. Visit the exquisite Sheki Khans’ Palace with stained-glass “shebeke” windows, walk the historic streets, see the caravanserai, and taste famous Sheki baklava.

  • Drive to Gabala (approx. 1 hour).

  • Lunch at a local restaurant with traditional dishes.

  • Afternoon visit to Savalan ASPI Winery, one of the most famous wine brands in Azerbaijan. Enjoy a guided tour of the winery, a walk through the vineyards, and a tasting of 6 premium wines.

  • Check in to a 4* hotel in Gabala.

  • Overnight in Gabala.

Day 5: Ancient Caucasian Albania & Chabiant Winery in Ismayilli


  • Breakfast and checkout.

  • Visit the village of Nij, home to the ancient Christian Udi community. Explore the Udi Cathedral, one of the oldest churches in the region.

  • Explore the Chukhur Gabala archaeological site, the ruins of ancient Kabala, once the capital of Caucasian Albania.

  • Lunch.

  • Drive to Ismayilli and visit Chabiant Winery, nestled among forests and mountains. Enjoy a vineyard tour and wine tasting with local snacks.

  • Return to Baku.

  • Overnight in Baku.

Day 6: Local Market & Departure


  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Morning visit to a local Baku market with a guide. A great place to buy spices, tea, fruits, sweets, and souvenirs.

  • 12:00 – hotel checkout.

  • Transfer to Baku International Airport.
