Visa-Free Entry to Azerbaijan

General Information

Citizens of certain countries can enter Azerbaijan without a visa for short-term visits. Entry is allowed with a valid passport, and the permitted duration of stay depends on the traveler's nationality.

Countries with Visa-Free Access

Citizens of the following countries do not require a visa to enter Azerbaijan:

• Up to 90 days:

Visa-Free Entry Conditions

• Visitors must hold a valid passport that remains valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from Azerbaijan.

• The maximum stay must not exceed the period allowed for each nationality.

• Overstaying the permitted duration may result in administrative penalties or entry bans.

• Registration is required if the stay exceeds 15 days (in some cases, 10 days depending on nationality or agreement terms).

Registration Requirement

Foreign citizens staying in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days must register with the State Migration Service. Registration can be completed:
